Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

So you’ve made an order? Welcome to the Noahx family!

Once you’ve placed your order, our team will carefully package your items and dispatch them within 24–48 hours. To speed up delivery, if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

Your products will be sent via UK Post, and should be safely in your patiently waiting hands within 5–8 working days**.

As soon as your order is sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

*Please note: we send via signed-for post to ensure safe delivery. If you opt for ‘Authority To Leave’ yourself, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or stolen (which is very rare).

**Please note: all shipping timeframes start from the advertised dispatch date. If your item has a pre-order date (shown next to the product name in brackets), this is the dispatch date. Delivery times begin from this date. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck – it’s ready to go!

How much do I pay for shipping?

All orders include FREE, fast delivery across the United Kingdom, no matter how many products you order.

When will my order arrive?

Once your order is picked and packed, the magical journey from Noahx HQ to your doorstep begins.

All orders (no matter how many products you purchase) include free and fast delivery UK-wide. You can expect your order to arrive within 5–8 working days from the date it’s dispatched.

*Please note: Although our carrier aims to meet these delivery times, occasional delays can happen. If this occurs, your tracking number may show an updated delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Yay, your order is on its way! As soon as we hand it over to our UK carrier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a ‘Track Order’ button. Just click it to see exactly where your parcel is and follow its journey in real time.

If you haven’t spotted the email yet, do check your spam or junk folder, sometimes it ends up there.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Although UK Post quotes 5–8 business days for standard delivery, sometimes things don’t go as planned, and they can’t deliver within this timeframe. When this happens, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with UK Post.

*Please note: For any queries or issues with your UK Post order, we recommend contacting UK Post directly first. While we understand delays are frustrating, we must work within UK Post’s processes. Once you’ve contacted UK Post, please let us know, and we can reach out to them on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Uh-oh – sent your order to the wrong address? Don’t worry, we’ve got you!

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, just get in touch with us as soon as possible with the correct address and we’ll update it for you.

If your order has already been dispatched, no stress, you can usually redirect it using the UK Post tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only send your order to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and your parcel is delivered there, we sadly can’t retrieve it, so double-check everything before confirming your order.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only deliver our products within the United Kingdom.

Are there any customs/import fees?

No worries at all. All our products are shipped from right here in the UK, straight from our distribution centre. That means no customs or import fees to deal with. Just simple, stress-free delivery.

Product Questions

Is Snorrior machine washable?

Snorrior’s cover is made from a soft, wipe-clean fabric, so little spills or messes can be easily sorted with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, we recommend gentle hand washing and air drying to keep Snorrior looking its best.

Will Hoozi fit my child comfortably?

Yes! Hoozi is made with a soft, stretchy headband that’s adjustable to fit most children comfortably. It’s lightweight, breathable and stays in place overnight, even for wriggly sleepers. That said, every little one is different, so we always recommend checking the size details before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit for your child.

Does Luna really glow in the dark?

She certainly does! Luna is beautifully printed with gentle, glow-in-the-dark moon and star patterns that softly shine once the lights go out. Simply leave her in natural daylight or under a room light during the day, and by nightfall, she’ll glow just enough to bring a little magic and comfort to your child’s bedtime.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

Our products are only sold on our online store, so we do not offer wholesale discounts for reselling. If you are looking to make a bulk personal purchase, please contact us here for more information!

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Know someone special who could use a bit of Noahx comfort in their life? You can send any of our products directly to them, just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout, and your own as the billing address.

Even better, we don’t include any value invoices or receipts inside the parcel, as all order confirmations are emailed straight to you.

*Please note: As we work with external fulfilment partners, we're sadly unable to include personalised messages in the package, so sorry!

Are you stocked in any shops?

Not at the moment. It’s just us! Noahx products are exclusively available through our online shop right here in the UK.

We don’t currently offer international shipping, but we’re always exploring ways to reach more families in the future.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Sorry, we know this is the boring legal mumbo-jumbo, but please take a moment to read our returns policy. We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on our products, during which you can return them at any time.

However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on product pages and/or at checkout.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Item(s) must be initiated for return and posted within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Item(s) must not have been marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging and in original condition, this includes all tags and packaging.

You’ll be asked to put your photography skills to the test and provide a photo of your item before sending it back so we can assess its condition.

*Please note: If you are returning an item from a bundle, your order will no longer qualify for the bundle pricing.

How long do I have to return the products?

We know the drill. Sometimes you need to return something, but life gets in the way. We’re happy to help you with your return and offer a 30-day return period to give you plenty of time to make that tough decision. Please see our returns policy for more details.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Sadly, we know that sometimes our products aren’t quite the right fit for everyone. You can return anything you order from us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on product pages and/or at checkout.

All products must be returned in as-new condition, with any tags attached and in the original packaging.

**Please note: If you are returning one of the items from a bundle, your order will no longer qualify for the bundle pricing.

Do I have to pay for returns?

We’ve got you covered here too. All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within UK will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our friendly team here and they will be able to help you along the way.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

We’re working hard behind the scenes to get our products in and out of our fulfilment centres. We strongly encourage you to send us a photo of your post office receipt as proof that your return has been posted. As soon as we have this, we can process your exchange or refund immediately!

If you forget to provide the receipt, we’ll need to wait until the item arrives back at our warehouse before we can proceed.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We’re sorry to see you go! Once your refund has been processed on our end, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow 2–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

If it takes longer than this, we recommend contacting your bank or payment provider (e.g. Afterpay) directly.

Payment

How secure is your payment?

All jokes aside. Your privacy and security are our highest priorities. We use Shopify Payments, a highly secure and fully encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept good old-fashioned payment methods like credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and debit cards for online use. Prefer something quicker? Google Pay and Apple Pay are available too.

Do you have payment plan options?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer any buy now, pay later options (like Klarna or Clearpay) but they’re on the way!

How do I use a discount code?

Woohoo, it’s on sale! so technically, you’re saving money (or at least that’s what we like to tell ourselves!).
When you reach the checkout, you’ll see a box on the first page where you can enter your discount code, just don’t forget to click ‘Apply’ so it registers! This step appears before the payment page, so you’ll know exactly how much you’re saving.

If you’re buying multiple bundles with different offers, we recommend placing separate orders.

I have an issue with my order, what can I do?

Something not quite right with your order? No worries. Our team’s here to help! Just get in touch and let us know what’s happened. To speed things along, it’s really helpful if you can include a few photos so we can sort it out as quickly as possible.

I need to cancel or change my order!

These things happen! If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us straight away with the subject line ‘CHANGE’ or ‘CANCEL’ and we’ll do our best to help.

If your order has already been sent out, you’ll need to go through our returns process.

We work hard to get your orders out quickly, so sometimes changes can’t be made once an order is placed. Please double-check your items before completing your purchase.

How do I contact you?

Gone are the days of carrier pigeons and smoke signals, emailing us is the best way to get in touch! You can contact us here or email us directly at wecare@noahxofficial.com. This helps us keep a clear record of your enquiry so we can assist you as effectively as possible. We’re only human, so please bear with us while we work to get back to you as quickly as we can. Our Noahx HQ is based in London, England. Your Noahx products begin their journey to you from our warehouse.
